First you need the SP1 or SP2 (Shared parking 1 &2) buttons added to your handset (ask us for this if you don't have it).
When in a call, press "SP1" or "SP2". This will put the caller on hold. Anyone can then press "SP1" or "SP2" to pick up the person on hold.
