Each phone extension is either setup as assisted transfer, or as blind transfer. If you want your method of transfer changed, please submit a ticket requesting the change.


For assisted transfer:


When in a call - press the transfer button, then dial the extension or press the button of the person you wish to transfer the call to.
The extension you selected will start calling and will connect to you (the person you are transferring will still be on hold) . Once the person you are transferring to has picked up the call, inform them who is on the line, and press the transfer button once more to complete the transfer.


For blind transfer:


When in a call - press the transfer button, then dial the extension or press the button of the person you wish to transfer the call to. The caller will immediately be sent to the extension you selected. The extension you selected will then start calling and will have the chance to pick it up.
