Attended Transfers 

  1. While on the call, press the Options button.
  2. Select the Transfer option and press the OK button. 
  3. Enter in the extension number or the outside number. 
  4. Press the green phone key or the OK button.
  5. Announce the call.
  6. Press the Transfer button to complete the transfer or press the End button to be reconnected to the original caller.


Hold

  1. While on a call, press the Options button.
  2. Select the Hold option and press the OK button.
  3. If multiple calls are on hold, use the up and down arrow to switch between them.


Setting a voicemail message (out of hours and busy)



Tempus will handle voicemail messages, so that you may have separate out of office and busy messages.

If you need to update your voicemail messages regularly, let us know and we will discuss via ticke

  1. An attached voicemail recording (recording app on iphone works well for this)
  2. Details on when you want the voicemail to play (e.g is it an out of hours message, or is it a line busy voicemail?)


Checking Voicemail

  1. To access voicemail, simply press the envelope button on the phone.


History

  1. To access history, simply press the history button (top left button) on the phone. Alternatively, you can press 'ok' to enter the phone menu screen, then select 'history'.


Changing out of office hours


Create a ticket via our portal with the following:

  1. Details of the new office hours
  2. An attached voice recording of the out of office message, if applicable (recording app on iphone works well for this)


Do not disturb

  1. Press the OK button
  2. Select Call Features and press OK
  3. Select Do Not Disturb and press OK
  4. Toggle Status to Either Enable or Disabled.
  5. Press Save


Conference calling

  1. While on the call, press the Options button 
  2. Select the Conference option and press the OK button.
  3. Use the arrow keys to select the extension, alternatively you can type in an external number or extension.
  4. Press the green phone key.
  5. Announce the call.
  6. Press the Conf button to complete the conference or press the End button to be reconnected to the original called.

Volume

  1. Press the left or right arrows to increase or decrease the ringtone volume.


Calling internal phones

  1. Press the down arrow
  2. Select 3cx phonebook
  3. Select the name of the extension you wish to call
