Status to use while on annual leave or public holiday

If you are on annual leave, you can simply set your line to do not disturb(DND) if you would like your extension not to ring.

For public holidays, you may do the same if you wish, or you can inform us via ticket that you will be taking all or some public holidays off, and we can setup your out of office hours to be active during public holidays. If you wish to take off public holidays, we recommend sending us a voice recording that we can put up over the public holiday breaks.
