Step 1 - Login to the 3cx web client


To install the app, you will need the following information from your "welcome to 3cx" invite email.



You will need your extension number. This is your username for logging in.


You will need to open the link "Log into your account CLICK HERE - Out of office".  (Even if you are in the office, please select Out of office!). 


This allows you to then set your password.


The other  "Out of office" link is simply the login portal, which should be used only after the password has been set.


Step 2 - Download and install the windows app


A) Visit the 3cx apps page. You can do this from the webpage we have opened from step 1. Otherwise please open the 3cx welcome email and open the link "Log into the web client Out of office"

Please select APPS-->WINDOWS APPS (As per below images)








2B) Install the 3cx windows app.
(SKIP to 2C IF TEMPUS DEPLOYED 3cx app on your computer already!)
This button will download the installer. After it downloads, please open it and install it.

2C) Provision the APP

Once the 3cx app is installed, download and open the provisioning file.

2D) Make sure the profile is ticked in the 3cx web app. Without this, calls won't work.


3) Configure the settings for the app


3cx calls can actually come through the web browser also. 
Please close your tabs if you don't want the calls through browser.

Please also visit Settings-->Audio and confirm that the speaker and microphone options have the correct devices selected.
